For doing this please follow the below steps.
1) Login to your blogger Dashboard.
2) Goto Template and click on Edit HTML
3) Now search for this line

and just above it paste the following code.

4) Now save the Template, and you are done. The Print

sign will be appear just below your post title. You can also change the place of it as you need.
If you are using Google Chrome and After Click on the Print Icon, you will get the popup window.PDF format, so that you can read it afterward, even if you are offline.
